where is the "new posts" icon? Did we have one before? Did you mean to create a new post or to read the new posts? If the latter, if you are logged in, you will see yellow folders in each category. If the folders have a thread that has new posts in them, you will see "New" on them and after clicking the category folder, the threads with new posts will have a small "New" in white text in a small solid blue box next to the thread. I hope this helps, if not I can search more. I'm still learning it too.

I was all set to post that I could not get the "new posts" icon, but then realized you have to be logged on to get that feature. Still looking for the button that keeps me logged on full time.
Never mind- found it!!!

You may have noticed that Proboards has upgraded our forum software to Version 5. Post your questions here. As an alternative skin that is more mobile phone friendly, without buying the mobile app is available to us. I've installed a skin to the forum that can be selected within your profile called "Drops of Blue". I hope you like it and welcome any feedback or suggestions. You will also notice a link to our web page, "BMWRoTB Home Page" just under our club logo.

It was a great way to see what topic was new with one click. Most boards have the feature.

We need some help. I've paid my membership and my wife's associate membership but we can't remember her user name or password. Both fees have been processed thru PayPal. Please help If she has registered, try using her yahoo.com email address to recover her username and password. At the present, I cannot search users by their email address. If she has not yet registered, an email from this forum was sent to her yahoo.com email address containing a special link to register on approximately Jan. 29th. If you cannot locate that email, I can send another. Let me know if she needs to be sent another special link. The link allows any username and password to be registered, but for administrative purposes, please use the desired username that was entered on the member application. She used "BowtieQT" on the membership application. At this time, there is no "BowtieQT" registered on the forum.

where is the "new posts" icon? I added "Recent Posts" to the menu bar. It's the closest thing I've found that resembles a "New Posts" type function button.

Added a new field when editing your profile that allows you to enter the "Bike Most Likely Riding" that will appear under your name on your posts. I think this might help associate riders with bikes or at least shorten a signature here or there.

The area only allows for 15 positions. I needed 16 That's odd, I actually was thinking of you when I set it to 16 to allow for "Triumph Tiger". Increased it to 20.
