Need advice. getting the R1150 GSA ready for a ride and a major gas leak started. tracked it down to the quick disconnect. I understand this is a known issue with the 1150 Looks like a simple job to replace, but any advice and suggestions would be appreciated. If anyone wants to come over to my house and supervise, always a cold beverage available. Thanks BIll Gross

Bill, Concur with Roger, I drained the gas and removed the tank on my '04 R1150 GSA, replaced the disconnects along with the fuel filter. Was not technically hard just takes time, better now than on the road

Thanks guys. I removed the tank ths am. The quick disconnect on the cross over line was the old plastic 90 degree part which failed. Thanks for the lead on the part. I will replace the line while off. Dealer replaced fuel filter recently so that is cool.
O order part and wait. Roger will let u know when doing the install. Might get the tank touched up while off the bike. Bill
